Lonsdale Grove Temporary Policy Changes re: COVID-19 – September 1, 2022
With flu season here and Covid still present, it’s important that we maintain social distancing measures. Please have a back-up plan for check-in and check-out in case you are not able to come to us. Perhaps a family member or friend can transport in your place?
If you are ill or think you are ill, please have someone else drop off or pick up and if that is not possible, please wear a mask and remain in your vehicle and the following procedures will apply:
Check in and out for Boarding and Grooming:
For check-in our staff will meet you in the parking area and take your pet safely to their private suite or condo, or to the grooming salon. Please have your pet on a leash or in a carrier and please maintain a 2-meter distance from our staff, where possible. Please put your pet’s food and medications on the driveway. Upon check-out please call when you arrive. Someone will meet you outside.
Please confirm feeding and/or medication instructions via detailed email.
Deposits can be made from our website through PayPal, via E-Transfer, or with a Visa or MasterCard by telephone. We have a wireless credit/debit machine that we will bring to you in the parking area upon check out for payment.
What to bring:
Please bring only enough food and medications necessary for their stay. You may bring a toy or blanket or something familiar. Don’t bring bowls, scoops or other measuring instruments.
Cancellations: The published cancellation policy applies.
By appointment only. If you are ill, please cancel the tour. There is no penalty for tour cancellations.
